Dear Carter, I forgot to tell you that you didn't need a cast after all. You were just in a splint for 5 days and when Mom took you to get your cast put on, you miraculously didn't need one. So for now you are back in swimming lessons, tumble bus and you can play at your 4th Birthday party. I can't wait. I'll see you in 8 days!!!

Dear Carter,
Today was culture day at primrose and your class represented Greece. You
wore a white sheet draped around one shoulder. I will forward you the picture. On the side is a picture of Taylor. Her class was Italy and your mom made spaghetti this morning for
everyone.
I uploaded the picture on Facebook and I hope when you reach the age to
get your page you can see all the pictures throughout your life. I can't wait to see you on halloween.
We video chatted last night and as always you were very cute. I love

Dear Carter,
I came back home this time with the idea of writing to you so that one
day you will be able to read about our time together.
I got to watch you at swimming lessons and you were awesome. I was
standing at the glass window cheering you on and clapping. I had so much fun. We also spent time at gymnastics and you had a blast. You never seem to run out of energy. You bring so much joy to my
world.
We read a book this weekend that included a song that started out with "I
love you forever". If you are wondering why I keep saying that, it's because you made me read it to you twice ;) and now it's our thing.
When I landed, we picked you and Taylor up from daycare. It was a
surprise. I walked into your room and called out your name and you jumped into my arms. I will email you that picture. It means the world to me.
The next time I will see you is on halloween. You are going to be captain
America this year.
I can't wait!! It's also going to be your birthday!! 4 years old.
Where did the time go??
